Caroline Princen (1966) studied Organizational Psychology at Utrecht University. With 15 years of experience in management consulting, specializing in organizational integrations and transitions, she made the switch to the boardroom. She was CEO of Nedstaal, a Dutch steel producer, from 2005 to 2009, followed by eight years on the Board of Directors of ABN AMRO. She has been CEO of Nuts Group, a multi-brand energy and telecom services company, since January 1 2019.
In addition to her work at Nuts Group, Ms. Princen’s positions include chair of the Supervisory Board of Perspective Psychologists and vice chair of the Supervisory Board of Ordina.
