Harry Talen has been working at ENGIE since 2009. At the time, he started as a trainee and gained broad experience within various business units of ENGIE. In 2014 he started as Plant Manager – the youngest ever – of the then brand new Maxima Centrale in Lelystad. Under his leadership, this power plant was converted to run on 50% hydrogen fuel. In 2022 he became responsible for all ENGIE power stations in the Netherlands. Since 2024 he has been CEO of ENGIE Netherlands
